Morocco opens here in the High Atlas with Jebel Toubkal — North Africa's marquee summit, ingested from the Imlil voie normale OSM relation, not the Toubkal Circuit. No walking-ticket statute was retrieved this pass. A licensed-guide requirement for the summit zone is widely described (since ~2018) but is not cited from a park PDF; confirm with the Bureau des Guides in Imlil. Altitude and winter mountaineering are public hazards.
