About

The Hiking World is a reference for wilderness trails. It is not a route planner and it does not sell treks. A figure is Verified, Reported, provisional, or Unverified, and it carries the source and the date we read it. Where no source exists, the value stays blank.

How that check works is on How we verify.

The Hiking World is operated by CoreSpaces L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, UAE.

Editor. The desk role is Editor until a named editor is cited. Questions: contact@thehikingworld.com.

Found a wrong fee or date? Email contact@thehikingworld.com with the source. We fix and date the correction. The corrections log lists those changes when they are recorded.
