Schema version 1.1. Permit rows and the season figure include `stale` (boolean or null) and `ageMonths`. `stale` is null when no verified date is stored. It means the stored date is older than 12 months for permits and alerts, or 24 months for season. It is not a claim that the fee changed. Elevation and distance are not aged. Missing values are null. Permit status is verified-official, reported-secondary, or unverified, and is omitted (null) when the record has none.
